The seller's agent was quite difficult and frankly unreasonable at times. Steph kept me in the loop while at the same time not burying me in the unnecessary drama created by the seller's agent. From where I sat, the seller's agent was doing everything she could to tank the offer even though it was a full price offer and I was putting over 25 percent down. I'm so thankful Steph was there to help me.

Great communication at all phases, and she took care of all the little things (arranging various inspections and providing access to the house when needed) as well as the big things (legal documents all in order, interfacing to the Title company and the lender to keep everything on track for an on-time closing). I can highly recommend her for professionalism, a great attitude, and ensuring that my best interests were always considered throughout the process. When it comes time to sell the house, I hope Steph is still in the Tucson area to help out as she will be the first person I will contact.
